*Turn off: lights/TV/radio when you leave a room, the water while you brush your teeth... you get the idea. But it's important to stress this because I know it's easy to get lazy and forget about it. *When you are at a store and they ask you if you want a bag say 'no.' Well, unless you've got 20 pounds of groceries or something. *Try walking or riding a bike to work/school instead of driving or riding a bus. This kills two birds with one stone: you cut back on fuel use and it's a great workout. If you walk 10 minutes everyday, in one year you will have lost 4 pounds. And walking is actually a lot easier than you think. I walk everywhere. I got into it when I missed the bus one day and had to walk two miles to my house. well, I started doing it every day and I am deffinetly becoming more fit. You get used to it fast.
